Profesor Kacprzyk elected a Fellow of The International Core Academy of Sciences and Humanities

We were very happy to receive the news of another prestigious distinction awarded to Professor Janusz Kacprzyk, who has been elected as a Fellow of the The International Core Academy of Sciences and Humanities (Division: Mathematics and Information Sciences).

"The Core Academy (International Core Academy of Sciences and Humanities) is an interdisciplinary, non-governmental and not-for-profit scientific organization and merit-based academy, which initially formed hundreds of academics and today builds a rapidly growing network, connecting academicians, pioneering scientists, recognized educators, young scholars, and other professional experts worldwide. The Academy aims to support international, cutting-edge and interdisciplinary research across all fields of knowledge, recognize excellence in scholarship, and promote global academic cooperation and knowledge dissemination for the benefit of humankind."

At present, the Division of Mathematics and Information Sciences of the International Core Academy of Sciences and Humanities includes three Polish members, all of whom are researchers at our Institute (the Department of Intelligent Systems). Alongside Professor Janusz Kacprzyk, they are Professors Andrzej Skowron and Roman Słowiński.

Congratulations !
