We are recruiting a Technology Transfer Broker to join the ExplainMe project, funded by the FIRST TEAM Programme of the Foundation for Polish Science (FNP) under the European Funds for a Modern Economy (FENG) programme.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the translation of cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence for mental health into real-world clinical and commercial applications. The successful candidate will work closely with the ExplainMe research team, supporting the protection of intellectual property, technology transfer, and commercialization activities.
The Technology Transfer Broker will:
- coordinate activities related to patent preparation and intellectual property protection,
- support the preparation of patent documentation and cooperation with patent attorneys,
- analyse commercialization opportunities for the project’s outcomes,
- facilitate collaboration with industrial and clinical partners,
- prepare recommendations regarding commercialization and implementation strategies,
- contribute to project documentation and reporting required within the FENG programme.
Who we are looking for
We welcome candidates with experience in technology transfer, commercialization of research results, intellectual property management, or innovation support. Experience in patent applications and collaboration between academia and industry will be considered a strong asset.
