We are very happy to learn that that Professor Andrzej Skowron has become a Fellow of the International Core Academy of Sciences and Humanities (Division: Mathematics and Information Sciences).
"The Core Academy (International Core Academy of Sciences and Humanities) is an interdisciplinary, non-governmental and not-for-profit scientific organization and merit-based academy, which initially formed hundreds of academics and today builds a rapidly growing network, connecting academicians, pioneering scientists, recognized educators, young scholars, and other professional experts worldwide. The Academy aims to support international, cutting-edge and interdisciplinary research across all fields of knowledge, recognize excellence in scholarship, and promote global academic cooperation and knowledge dissemination for the benefit of humankind."
There are only two Fellows of the International Core Academy of Sciences and Humanities (Division: Mathematics and Information Sciences) from Poland and both are members of our institute's scientific staff - Professors Roman Słowiński and Andrzej Skowron.
Warm congratulations !
