Professor Kacprzyk has become a Fellow of IAITQM

It is with a great content that we have learned that Professor Janusz Kacprzyk has become a Fellow of the International Academy of Information Technology and Quantitative Management (IAITQM).

"The International Academy of Information Technology and Quantitative Management (The Academy) is a global community for educators, scholars, policy makers and professionals to promote innovation and excellence of information technology and quantitative management."

Among the Fellows of the Academy there are numerous, high level, representatives of the institutions managing the science activities in USA, China and EU, as well as representatives of the leading companies and politicians. There is a strong representation of Chinese academic centers including prominent instutes of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. An important are of the interest of the Academy is artificial intelligence, in particular its impact on the global economy.

There are only two Fellows of IAITQM from Poland and both are members of our institute's scientific staff - Professors Roman Słowiński and Janusz Kacprzyk.
