To pass this course you are required to attend ALL seminars.
NO MORE thanTWO seminars can be missed.

If you take the course for the second time you are REQUIRED to
present a seminar.

After the seminar and before the next seminar you are
required to submit/post on your WWW site (preferred) an
HTML-based report. If the report is posted on your WWW site, you should
send an e-mail to me informing about the URL. Please use a
consistent naming convention for the consecutive reports.

Each report will be graded and the course grade will be based on the report
grades.
