Official explanation: Because the system inadvertently scheduled
your (CS 4343 and CS 3613) classes in the same room at the same
time on the same day for your finals, I had to make a change. CS
4343.801 will be in NCB 119 from 8:00-9:50 PM on Tuesday, December
14th for their final because of a student's conflict on
Thursday. CS 3613.801 will be in NCB 119 from 8:00-9:50 PM on
Thursday, December 16th.

According to the Americans with Disabilities
Act, each student with a disability is responsible
for notifying the University of his or her disability and to
request accommodations. If any member of a class thinks that
he/she has a qualified disability and needs special
accommodations, he/she should notify the instructor and
request verification of eligibility for accommodations in
Stillwater from the Office of Student Disability Services,
315 Student Union. In Tulsa, he/she should contact Student
Disability Services (Ms. Margie Axford) for information and
appropriate policies and procedures; location: Student
Success Center; phone: 918-594-8354. Please advise the
instructor of such disability as soon as possible, and
contact Student Disability Services, to ensure timely
implementation of appropriate accommodations. Faculty have an
obligation to respond when they receive official notice of a
disability but are under no obligation to provide retroactive
accommodations
-
If a student has three or more exams they can ask the
instructor of the highest level course to reschedule the exam
at a time that is convenient for the faculty and the student.
For instance, if the student is enrolled in a 3XXX, 3XXX and
4XXX course, the student would ask the instructor of the 4XXX
course to reschedule the final exam. This information is in
the class schedule on page 7.
