Faculty,
I have confirmation from Matt Link, head of CIS Help Desk, that the Tulsa and extension students can take the same approach Stillwater students do for getting account information.

That approach is:

• Using a web browser, go to http://home.okstate.edu/
• Select PR&SM (Password Reset and System Management)
• If they have never used PR&SM before, choose "new user"
• Enter last name, social security number, and birth date
• Fill out the next page (challenge/response and master password) as they prefer.

They will now have access to a personal information page that will include login and password.  This login and password will work on CSA if it's a new CSA account.

In the future, they can re-enter PR&SM by using the login name given and the master password they chose.
