The flagship publication of the Institute is the quarterly journal Control & Cybernetics in English language, internationally distributed; listed by the Thomson Institute of Scientific Information and a number of other services; Editor-in-Chief: Professor Zbigniew Nahorski. The journal is published since 1972, and so, 37 annual volumes, along with 39 special issues, have appeared so far.
In 2008 two special issues appeared, one of them co-edited by an employee of the Institute.
