REGISTRATION
Registration will take place on Thursday morning, 27 September before the Workshop officially begins. You will be
provided with a name tag and Workshop package.
We highly recommend that you arrive to Vienna the day before (Wednesday, 26 September) as the Workshop will
start punctually at 09:00 a.m. on Thursday, 27 September.
LUNCHES AND DINNERS
Lunch will be available on the days of the Workshop.
There will be a social event dinner on Thursday evening at an Austrian-style restaurant nearby.
EXCURSION ON SATURDAY
An excursion involving wine tasting in Austria is planned for Saturday, 29 September. The cost will
be between 40-60 Euros per person and is not included in the registration fee.

For those arriving before and staying after the meeting and would like to do some sightseeing or
